In China, dumplings are very popular. We often eat it on the day of Spring Festival. In ancient China, we used to put money called jiaozi（交子）inside of the dumplings.We call dumplings "饺子"in Chinese, but, only one of the dumplings have jiaozi（交子）in it. You can Keep the money if you eat the dumpling that had the the jiaozi. Today, we are still putting money in the dumplings on Spring Festival even today. But, the money is actually not money but something else like chocolate or dried fruits.
